AYESHA DESQUIENS

Ayesha is a global executive search leader with 10+ years of experience delivering C-level and regional leadership hires for multinational clients across Asia and Europe.

A former business journalist with NDTV Profit, she began her recruitment career in Tokyo, partnering with brands such as L’Oréal, Adidas, Amazon, Microsoft, and Netflix.

Having lived and recruited across India, Japan, Singapore, and France—with mandates spanning Korea, China, Indonesia, and Australia—Ayesha brings deep cross-cultural expertise and a strong track record in multi-country leadership hiring.

Her agency Pangea Talent, supports international companies with seamless APAC expansion through unified talent strategies and precision local execution.

 

JEROME DESQUIENS

After graduating from Sciences Pô and EDHEC Business school in France, Jérôme started his career abroad in 2004. He has been working in international trade for more than 20 years, opening new markets for French companies through French national agency Business France.

With a strong focus on Asian markets, Jerome has developed an expertise in intercultural management being a guest lecturer for Masters students at ESCP business school, Neoma, and HEIP (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Politiques) schools.

Jerome has a role of non-Executive Director at Pangea Talent, bringing his wealth of experience, international network, industry insights and access to the business.
